Do you have to glue the replacement battery in?

I noticed that the battery on the A1389 is glued to the trackpad. If the trackpad screw needs to be adjusted (or replaced) the battery must be removed again. Doesn't it make sense to NOT peel off the clear plastic cover the adhesive so the trackpad is accessible in the future?

There are 4 screws already holding the battery in place, right?
