Why my galaxy s4 getting over heat and battery drain fast?

after full charge within 20 minutes 25-30 percentage battery was losing and also it getting over heat on the top while not in use.
already i have disable some of apps that im not using.
the phone is already in the latest version ( 5.0.1 )
