Touchscreen broke after screen replacement

Hi,

Lately I have a lot of problems with the touchscreens of my screens.

If I replace the screens than sometimes there is some ghost touching or the touchscreen doesnt work.

If you unlock it than, it works again.

And this happens with multiple screens.

Am i doing something wrong?
