Hi. I Bought a MacBook Air 13" from eBay and found that whenever I try to start it up even with a good operating system on a good ssd it shows the flashing ? Folder. So I tried to go into recovery mode but it won't go into that... instead it shows the flashing ? Folder again... I then pressed down option on startup to look if it can see the ssd. But when it opened up there was just a lock and a area to put a password in. I will show the picture

that's what's my problem... please help! Thanks.
