-	I would try reinstalling the HDD (or SDD) that was in the Mac Mini and check if it will boot there~~, if~~ it will then you can diagnose from ~~there, But if the Mac Mini will not boot up with the old HDD (or SSD) then there is an internal problem and will need more help.~~
