When door closed is not booting and you cant hear the chime

But when the door is open and laid flat.It will boot and you can hear the chime and you will see the startup icon.

I checked all the power supply cables and HD cables , But are all fine.

Is there a switch some where ? I thought it was the other way around ...Meaning when the door is open should not boot

and when door closed should
