To start off the new '13 MacPro's have 802.11ac Airport cards and they have a newer version which offers MIMO services. The Airport card offers Bluetooth 4.0 services as well
I haven't tried using an Apple Watch to unlock the system so I can't tell you if it works or not. Sadly, I can't test it as our corporate standards won't permit this.
