As to putting it on it's a bit tricky!
The J & K types have a wire bale which needs to be caught in the slot and the two white plastic hinge pieces need to be mounted to the base, then you put on the keycap and bale wire.
The L type is a snap on too but you need to take the white plastic hinge off of the black of keycap and first get it to snap in before you place the space bard keycap on.
