I can't exactly tell you why. Sometimes 2 programs start crashing one another on android.
Just do a factory reset and you should be fine. If you're complaining about losing data you can back up with this app. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.degoo.android
It will give you 100 GB of space to back everything up as you reset.
If the factory reset doesn't help you may have a corrupt file from some type of update which is a whole other mess.
