The screen is stuck at the "Blu logo"

My Blu Energy X phone got a wireless update and for the past 2 days it has been stuck at the "BLU LOGO" screen and occasionally it gets stuck at the "Select boot mode" screen.

How do I resolve this?  HELP!!!!
