Want to swap out HD for SSD's

I want to swap the hard drive of my Mac Mini 2.6 GHz i7 processor 4GB of RAM and 1TB HD (October 2012).

Replacing the HD with of one of the two SSD's as I mentioned in my previous post (the PNY prevail elite 240GB or the Samsung 840 pro series 256GB).

Is that posible ?

I just want to swap the hard drive of the higher end model of the new 2012 October mac mini with an 2.6ghz i7 processor 4GB of RAM and 1TB of hard drive with one of the two ssds i mentioned in my previous post (the PNY prevail elite 240GB or the Samsung 840 pro series 256GB).
