I seem to be having an issue with my screen backlight. It doesn't seem to want to turn on at all. I reset the pram, nvram the power management etc etc. All that fun stuff. I have also tried using a screen. Yes the backlight works on the other screen since I took it off one of my daily drivers. I have no issues using a external display. Everything shows up fine. If I shine a light on the screen I can see everything and if I try and raise the brightness that bar pops up and it says the brightness is all the way up. I have replaced the left I/o board just incase anyone suggest that. I'm all out of ideas. I can't see it being an logic board issue since the screen works but doesn't wanna kick the backlight on. Anyone got any other ideas?
