MacBook only charges when fully drained

-So a while back my sister spilled tea on my computer. I did the whole rice thing. Then opened it up and dried in cleaned it thoroughly. The computer then worked fine for a while. When I charged it with its original charger, it would charge fine. But when I charged it with a different one, it would take 10 minutes before it started to charge. This wasn't a problem since it charged normally with my charger. So a couple weeks ago I let a friend use my charger on her computer. Now that charger doesn't work at all, not in my computer or anyone else's. So I bought a new charger, but now my computer only charges when the power is completely drained. I would charge the computer fully, and at 100% it stops automatically. Then I need to completely drain my computer and let it sit for a couple hours (anywhere from 6-12) before it'll start charging again. And if I plug it in and it starts charging, but then accidentally unplug it, it won't start up again. This is driving me crazy and I don't know if it's the battery or the MagSafe port or a $@$*!& charger.
