The retina displays are not easy to take apart. You'll need to completely disassemble the lid assembly. Here's the IFIXIT guide: [guide|9493|MacBook Pro Retina Display Teardown].

Frankly, I think your better off leaving it alone as the risk of damaging the display is just too great. Or, replace the complete lid assembly if your OCD won't let it be ;-}
