I just replaced the uppercase on my Macbook Pro with a unibody piece from iFixit. On installation, everything went smoothly and the computer booted normally. However, when prompted to enter my password, I realized that certain numbers were not working. I used a wireless keyboard to gain access, and then proceeded to test EVERY key on the keyboard only to conclude that the number keys 1-9 and their subsequent SHIFT+ commands are not working, while all of the other keys remain fine. Any suggestions as to what to do? Is it a system problem or a hardware problem? The Upper Body is brand new from iFixit, just got it in the mail today.
