Does punctured bottom mic membrane destroy IP protection?

The membrane which covers the opening for the bottom microphone on Pixel 6 is punctured.

Will this compromise the IP protection of the device (water, dust)?

Is the membrane part of the microphone, or attached to the case of the phone?
Can the membrane be repaired/replaced?
