iNet M1001 Will Not Turn On

iNet M1001 does not respond to the touch and displays the "no battery" icon.

iNet M1001 is Not Charged

To charge the iNet M1001, any micro USB charger should work. Plug your iNet M1001 in; the iNet M1001 should charge.

Battery is Faulty

Plug your iNet M1001 in using a charger that you know works. If the iNet M1001 still does not charge, this is a sign of a faulty battery and the battery needs to be replaced.

Motherboard is Faulty

If the iNet M1001 does not turn on after the previous steps, it is likely that the motherboard needs to be replaced.

Nothing Appears on Screen

The iNet M1001 screen is visibly cracked or may or may not respond to touch.

Screen is Dirty

Use a soft cloth and designated electronic screen cleaner to clean the screen, and make sure there is nothing blocking the screen edges. Dirt and grime on a screen can inhibit function.

Battery Life is Low

It is possible the iNet M1001 will not respond if the battery is too low. Plug in and charge your iNet M1001.

Cracked Screen

Note: Broken glass may cut your fingers or hands, be careful.

If your iNet M1001 glass screen has been cracked, it may need replaced. The cracks can stop the device from functioning properly.

No Audio or Distorted Audio

Audio does not come from the speaker or sounds distorted coming from the headphones.

Bad Headphones/Speakers

It's likely your headphones or speakers are bad. Try connecting your iNet M1001 with another set of headphones or speakers just to make sure that the problem is with your iNet M1001.

Bad Audio Jack

The most likely cause of audio output problems on the iNet M1001 is a bad audio-out jack. First, try replacing the audio jack. If that doesn’t work, try a full restore on the iNet M1001. If that doesn't solve the problem, your logic board most likely needs replaced.

Camera is not Working

Camera has blurry photos or does not capture photos.

Camera Lens is Dirty or Blocked

Ensure your iNet M1001’s camera lens in clean by wiping it off with a clean cloth. Make sure that when taking pictures the lens is clear of immediate obstructions like fingers or clothing.

Faulty Video Card

If the pictures are still blurry or nonexistent, it is likely that the video card is damaged or faulty and needs to be replaced.

iNet M1001 will not Charge

iNet is plugged in, but will not charge.

Charger is Faulty

The problem may not be with the iNet M1001, and instead be a problem with the charging cord itself. Try charging a familiar device with the same charging cord you used with the iNet M1001 to verify that it functions properly. If the cord cannot charge your other device, it is most likely faulty and a new one should be purchased .

iNet M1001 is Hot

The device may be too hot to hold.

Device Has Been Left in Direct Sunlight

Sometimes if an iNet M1001 is left in direct sunlight it can get too hot to turn on. Remove the device from direct sunlight and allow it to cool down before using.

Device is Overheating

Unplug your device and power it off. Let the iNet M1001 cool down for 30 minutes to an hour before using.
