Toptro TR23 Cannot Connect to Devices Properly
A blank screen or poor projection quality are signs of poor device connection, look below for ways to solve this problem.
Poor Wireless Connection
If your Toptro TR23 projector cannot connect to your device via Bluetooth, consider the following:
- Your projector is not already connected to another device.
- Your device is in the range of the projector.
- There are little to no obstacles between your device and projector.
If you are using AirPlay, make sure your projector and device are using the same Wi-Fi network.
Poor Connection Using USB Cable
If your Toptro TR23 projector is not projecting the desired media while using a USB cable, check the following:
- Is your USB port clean? Bad contact leads to bad connection.
- Make sure the cable is not the problem. Use this USB cable on other devices to test if the cable works.
