Bluetooth Not Connecting
Bluetooth function of the device is not connecting to the device properly or at all.
Bluetooth Driver may be out of date
A Bluetooth driver is a software program that enables communication between your operating system and the Bluetooth device. If your Bluetooth driver is faulty or outdated, your computer might fail to establish a connection with your Bluetooth headphones.
Device interference
Bluetooth is a form of radio signal, and radio waves can be disrupted as they travel through space. Newer Bluetooth devices are less prone to interference compared with older versions, but environmental factors can still cause hiccups. Places where a large number of Bluetooth devices are being used such as a crowded gym, office, or convention center can cause signal drops.
Device not in proper mode
The device has on/off and pairing modes. Pairing mode is entered by holding the power button down for approximately 5 seconds.
Joints Broken
Device joints are not functioning properly and need a diagnosis to determine (and fix) the issue.
Completely broken joints
Parts will have to be sourced to repair the device.
Loose joints
Can be remedied by tightening screws if applicable.
Speaker Not Working
Device speaker is not working properly or at all.
Device battery may not be charged
Allowing the device to fully charge may remedy this issue.
A kink or short in internal wiring due to extensive use or damage
Can be remedied by carefully rotating each earphone individually until the wires realign (temporary fix). Long-term resolution will require opening the device and realigning the wire/ replacing the wire.
Damaged speaker due to excessive sound wear or damage
Can be remedied/ prevented by listening to music at a lower volume. If necessary the speakers may have to be replaced.
Buttons Not Working Properly
Buttons on the device are not working properly.
Headphones may need hard reset
If possible, try to disconnect the headphones from their device and restart.
Buttons may have debris causing malfunctions
Check the buttons for dust and dirt particles and clean out with Q-tip, vacuum, or similarly gentle cleaner. If the button is still not working, remove it via paperclip and gently flush out with water.
Buttons may be faulty and/or broken
If none of the other options have worked for you, you may need to replace the button(s) altogether.
Charging Port Issues
The charging port on the device is not working when trying to connect it to a charging cable.
Device pairing function may need to be reset
If pairing is not working, delete the pairing information for the headset from the device and pair them again.
Charging cable may be faulty
The cable you’re using might be faulty and need to be updated. Use a new or different charging cable and see if this method works.
Charging port may have debris
The charging port might be dirty, so try to clean it out using tools designed to clean these ports specifically so you don’t accidentally damage the product.
