Speaker Won't Turn On
No matter what you do, the speaker won't turn on.
Drained or Bad Battery
First, press and hold the reset button. If this doesn't work, make sure the power cord is firmly connected to the speaker and power source. If the speaker still won't turn on, the battery may be drained. If charging successfully, the CHARGE indicator lights up in orange. Charging is completed in four hours and the indicator turns off.
Bad Power Cord
It is possible that nothing is happening because the charger is bad. If nothing else has worked, check the cord for damage. It may need to be replaced.
Bad Logic Board
If the battery will not charge and you have pressed the reset button, the power cord is not damaged and it still will not supply power, the problem may be in the logic board [insert troubleshooting guide on replacing the logic board].
Bluetooth Not Connecting
I keep trying to connect the device but the Bluetooth doesn't work.
Bluetooth May Be Turned Off and the Devices are Too Far Away from Each Other
Press and hold the reset button. Then, go into settings on your device and make sure that Bluetooth is turned on. The device you want to pair should be closely placed to the speaker. When the speaker is close enough to the pairing device, the Bluetooth light will flash quickly in white. If not, hold the pairing button down until it beeps and the light flashes quickly.
Personal Device Uses Different Pairing Process
The process for pairing devices can vary. For example, it may involve entering a code into your device or touching the two devices together. In the case of this speaker, its name will appear on the list of "other devices" and you click the name to connect.
Speaker is Connected to Another Device
Try using the reset button. If the device is connected but you do not hear sound from the speaker, check to make sure the speaker is not connected to a different device. The SRS-X55 is able to connect multiple devices but will play sound from only one device. If you have multiple devices connected, either disconnect them or make your desired device the main one. If this does not work, the problem may be within the Bluetooth antenna [insert Bluetooth antenna replacement guide link].
Auxiliary Cord Does Not Work
The speaker is not producing sound when using the auxiliary cord.
Auxiliary Cord is Not Securely Connected to One or Both Devices.
Firmly connect the auxiliary cord to one or both devices.
Optical Cable May Be Broken.
Firmly connect the auxiliary cord to one or both devices. If this does not solve the issue, replace the auxiliary cord.
Speaker May Not Be Compatible with the Audio Producing Device.
Firmly connect the auxiliary cord to one or both devices. If this does not solve the issue, check the number of rings on the audio jack. If there are only two rings, your device is not compatible. If there are three rings, replace the auxiliary cord. If this does not work, the problem may be with the auxiliary cord jack [insert auxiliary cord replacement guide link].

Mine didn't turn on, no response whatsoever when trying to power up. Solved it by pressing the reset button in the back with a pin and holding the power button for approximately 30 seconds, then when I hit the power button it worked perfectly.

I tried the 30 seconds reset and voilà the orange light smiled back at me. Thanks to all of you.
