Speaker Needs a Reset

It's possible your speaker may need to be reset, this is generally a good place to start for any issues with the speaker.

To reset the speaker, complete the following steps in order:

-Unplug the power cord

-Press and hold the Bluetooth button while reconnecting the power cord

-Continue holding the button until the light on the front of the device begins flashing orange and white.

-Once the process is complete, the light will flash green.

Keep in mind, that after resetting the speaker, you will have to re-pair the speaker with your phone.

Faulty Central Processor

It's possible you have a faulty central processor.

Faulty Touch Control Board
