Temporary Audio Fault
It's possible your speaker is experiencing temporary audio distortion, this could be it simply not sounding right, or the audio cutting in and out. The first step to resolve this would be to reset the speaker. To do this, you can do as follows:
-Unplug the power cord
-Press and hold the Bluetooth button while reconnecting the power cord
-Continue holding the button until the light on the front of the device begins flashing orange and white.
-Once the process is complete, the light will flash green.
Keep in mind, that after resetting the speaker, you will have to reconnect the speaker with your phone.
Damaged Tweeter
