Vacuum Does Not Turn On

No matter how many times you press the power button, the vacuum will not start.

Blockage in Brushroll or Soft Roller

There may be a blockage in the back spinning roller, called the brushroll, at the bottom of the vacuum.

It also may be the front roller, called the soft roller, which has a lot of blockage. Check to see if there is a build up of debris on this roller.

Disconnected Vacuum Components

If the headlights have not been turned on for the floor nozzle of the vacuum, then there is a part that has been disconnected between the handheld vacuum, wand, and floor nozzle.

Vacuum Stopped Working While Using It

While using the vacuum, it stops and won't start up again.

Dead Battery

First test the battery by charging it, about 20 minutes. If there are no lights turned on or flashing, you may have to replace your battery.

Wiring Damage

There may be damage to the inner wiring in the device between the handle and rest of the vacuum. Check for any external damage, and if possible check for any loose parts or protruding wires. Further inspection by a professional may be necessary after this point.

Battery Not Charging

When you take out the lithium battery pack and plug it in to charge, the battery light indicator is not blinking.

Plug Not Fully Inserted

Ensure the plug is fully inserted into the charging dock. If you can see two pinholes on the side of the plug then it is only partially inserted. When fully inserted, you should only be able to see one pinhole.

Dirty Battery Connectors

Remove the battery. Check the areas of the battery and charging port where there is connection during charging for grime or debris that prevent charging. These are more sensitive areas on the battery and charging dock, so take extra care to not damage the connection areas.

Vacuum Is Overheating

While using the vacuum, it begins to get hotter and hotter to the point of concern.

Blockage in Brushroll

Check the back roller at the bottom of the device for excess debris or hair; the device may need to be cleaned/freed of hair or debris caught in the spinning device. Carefully cut away any larger debris/hair.

Full Filter or Dust Cup

The device may be filled past capacity of debris. Ensure that the filter and dust cap are not filled too much, as excess debris causes the device to overheat. For this model of vacuum, it is recommended to clear the filter monthly; more frequent cleaning may be required based on frequency of use.

  1. Press the button on the handle part that is labeled "filter" or "clean filter"
  2. Carefully removing the filter and clear it.

Vacuum Has Low Suction

While using the vacuum, you notice that it isn't quite picking up all the debris.

Blockage in Wand

The device's wand, between the handheld vacuum and floor nozzle, may be blocked by debris with an odd/large shape. Disassemble the vacuum to see if there is blockage in the wand. If there is, clean out the wand by loosening and pushing out the debris until there is no visible build.

Dirty Filter

There are two filters that can be the cause of this problem, a pre-motor filter or a post-motor filter. When the device's filters are too full, the vacuum may not clean at its full capacity. Clean out each as needed.
