Why won't my Samsung Chromebook start?

The device does not turn on:
If your screen does not start up at all, then the Samsung Chromebook likely does not have an adequate charge. When you plug it in and no charging light appears, then that is a charging problem. If there is a charging light, then make sure it is fully seated and let it charge.

Why is my screen responding slowly?
The Chromebook is unresponsive to any interactions with keys or mousepad.
Too many background programs:
If your screen is not at all responding and you have multiple tabs open, then the computers CPU is being overwhelmed so you need to shut down your computer. This will cause the programs to be shut down and free up the processor.
Outdated Software:
The audio may be distorted because the software is outdated. To update, go to your status tray, select 'settings', then 'about chrome OS' in the bottom corner of the left-side menu, choose 'check for updates'. If updates are available, then your Chromebook will update automatically.
How do I fix my stuck key on my Samsung Chromebook?
The keys are stuck in either the engaged or cannot be pressed.
Built up Grime:
If you have it on hand, then you can use a can of compressed air to blow away the grime. Otherwise, you can gently turn the computer upside down and try to knock grime lose that way.
Why won't my audio work?
No audio is coming out of the speaker, or the audio sounds distorted.
Audio is Muted:
If when you press the icon in the lower right of your screen and the sound slider bar is grayed out, you need to disengage the mute button. To do this, you need to either press the speaker button on the screen next to the sliding bar, or you can press the increase volume button, which is the second button from the right on the top row.
Connected to a third-party device via Bluetooth:
On the screen, at the bottom right is an icon bar. When you press it there should be three icons that appear on the top of the box. The middle button is the Bluetooth button, if below the button it says that it is connected, then you can press the icon and it will disconnect. If you still cannot hear any sound, make sure your audio is not muted.
