If your Eufy Robovac 11s Max vacuum is not charging, follow these instructions for solutions.
Dirty Charging Contacts
Look at the battery charging ports on the vacuum (the metallic squares under the body). If you notice anything blocking the charging port, try to remove it. You can use a dry and clean cloth to do so.
Battery Is Uncharged
Look at the battery symbol on your vacuum. If the battery indicates low power, the vacuum needs to be charged. If the Robovac will not turn back on, give the charging dock some time to recharge the battery.
Battery is Old or Damaged
If your battery is old or damaged, you may need to get a replacement. To do this, you can order a new battery on Eufy's website.
