Rienok S1 Mini Bluetooth Does Not Connect

If a Bluetooth device won't connect to your Rienok S1 Mini, follow this page for solutions.

• Make sure that your speaker is on and in pairing mode.
  • Hold and press the power on button.
  • Make sure that you hear the powering on sounds from the speaker.
  • A quick flashing blue light above the power button will also indicate that the speakers are turned on and are ready to pair.
  • A droplet sound should indicate that the speaker has connected to a device and the blue light above the power button should stay on.

• Ensure your Bluetooth is turned on and discoverable on your device.
• Keep your device and speaker close to each other.
• Make sure both devices are powered on and fully charged.
• Check that the volume levels are turned up enough to be heard.

• Reset the speaker to factory settings by pressing and holding the power button.
• Forget or remove the device from the device you are trying to connect the speaker to.
• Re-pair the speaker.
  • Ensure that you are connected to “Rienok S1 mini” on your device
• Check that the device you are trying to pair the speaker to is up to date.
• Ensure that the speaker is not connected to another device that is not the one you are currently trying to pair.
  • To remove all connected devices, press and hold the play button until you hear a new “poinging” sound.
  • The blue light above the power button should now start flashing.
• Check for any interference from other devices that could be overloading the Bluetooth signal from your intended device.

If after doing all of these, no device is connecting to Bluetooth, the Bluetooth module may be damaged and need replacement. To check, open the speaker up and visually check the Bluetooth adapter inside for any signs of damage.
