The projector will not produce sound.

Check your computer or video source to ensure that the volume is cranked up and the audio output is set to the appropriate source. If the speaker does not produce sound. Consider purchasing a replacement connecting wire.

A dirty glass cover could be another factor contributing to the decreased brightness of your image. Remove this covering and clean out the dust and dirt using soap and water. Do not use rubbing alcohol.

The projectors images are distorted or blocked.

If your projector is showing cloudy images it could be because the lens is dirty, take it off and clean it.
