Bluetooth Mode and Pairing Needs To Be Checked
If your headset is not connecting, try checking your Bluetooth on your device and on the headset to make sure that they are connected and paired.
- Ensure the headset is in pairing mode (typically, hold the power button or Bluetooth button for a few seconds until the LED blinks).
- Remove the headset from the device's Bluetooth list and re-pair it
Headset Needs To Be Charged
If your headset it not working, make sure its has enough battery life since of not it will not connect and/or have connection issue with the device you're trying to connect too.
- Make sure that your headset has battery life if it's low or dead plug it in and wait until its charged.
Driver Needs To Be Updated (PC ONLY)
On PC (computer) typically you have drivers that need updating and Bluetooth and connection can be affected by old not updated drivers.
- If you have a PC/Computer, update Bluetooth drivers through your device manager in settings.
- Once completed restart your computer and try connecting again.
