NikePlus Sportband Will Not Turn On
You are unable to turn the band on and nothing appears on the screen.
Device Is Not Charged
Make sure that the device has been charged. If the device is out of battery, the band will not turn on and nothing will appear on the screen. Recharge the device by plugging the USB insert into a USB port overnight, and try again.
Device is Non-Responsive
If the screen is not displaying anything or responding at all when the power button is pressed, the device may have been damaged. Water damage is a possibility, although the device is water-resistant (up to 30 minutes in 1 meter of water). Also, mechanical damage from the device being crushed is another possibility. These unfortunately have irreparable consequences and the band's electronics will need to be replaced. See corresponding guide for instructions on how to disassemble and reassemble the device in order to replace the electronics.
NikePlus Sportband Will Not Connect To Computer
Device is not detected when plugged into the USB port of the computer.
Not Connected Properly
Ensure that the device has been properly inserted into the computer's USB port. If the device is inserted upside down or has not been fully inserted into the port, the computer will not recognize the device.
Damaged USB Connection
If your computer does not recognize or detect the device when it is plugged in, the USB connector could be damaged. This damage could be caused by a variety of situations, such as improper use. If this is the issue, the electronics found in the band may need to be replaced. See this guide for instructions on how to replace the electronics.
