If Mooka AP-S0610L is operating (power and fan are on), but odors and dust persist, follow this page for solutions.
Odor Source is Still Present
If Source of odor is still present, the air filter will not be able to filter smell out of air. Try removing the source of odor, and if possible, airing out the area by opening some doors or windows before using.
-remove source of odor entirely.
Dirty or Worn-Out Filter
After prolonged use, the filter may get dirty or damaged. A dirty filter lessens the efficiency of the device, causing the filter be unable to have desired airflow. A damaged filter will let air pass through to the fan without being filtered.
- If dirty, you can use a brush or compressed air to clean out filter
- If the filter is torn, it will need to be replaced. For replacement instructions, follow AP-S0610L_manual_V1.
Improperly Installed Filter
A filter that is Incompatible may not have the proper filtration capacity.
-If covering is still on the filter, take the filter out of the Mooka Air Purifier and remove plastic covering
-Make sure the filter is compatible with the device, as a filter too large or too small may affect the airflow
Dirty Air Inlet/Chassis
After prolonged use, the air inlet may have a build-up of dirt or become damaged. The air inlet may have reduced air flow and may recirculate pollutants that will be recirculated into the air.
-Use a fan after prolonged use to remove any built-up dirt or debris
-Ensure that the area is properly ventilated
