I can't find how to add this part to the article, but there is an issue with the audio drivers related to the headphone jack. If the normal speaker volume is muted before plugging in a headphone cable into the headphone jack, there will be no sound from the headphones connected to the headphone jack - even if Windows shows that the headphones volume is turned on.

The workaround is to ensure that the normal speakers are not muted before plugging in headphones into the headphone jack.

The issue I have is with the laptop not powering on - I have attempted the troubleshooting steps listed above multiple times to no avail. I've tested two known good chargers (1 genuine MS charger & 1 100W type-C) on an identical second MS Studio Laptop, they're charging that device just fine. To my knowledge there was no power surge or liquid/physical damage, neither is any apparent, the device is just full-dead and unresponsive. I've attempted removing the D-bucket and disconnecting the rSSD, then power, pressing the power button for well over a minute and reconnecting rSSD then battery... no luck here and no response from the device.

Any suggestions or maps I can reference to see if I'm getting continuity as expected?
