When power cable is plugged into computer, keyboard does not work as it should. Follow these instructions in order to restore proper key function.
Debris in Cable Connector
If debris or dirt gets trapped inside the metal section of the cable connector, the connection may be disrupted. To fix this issue, clean dirt from the plug using a compressed air duster or Q-Tip.
Cable Damage
If the cable is damaged, the cable connector could become faulty. To fix this issue cable connector must be replaced, please refer to the replacement guide in order to resolve this issue.
Weak Device Compatilibility
If the cable is not compatible with your device, the keyboard will not be able to function correctly. In order to fix this issue, the user must switch out the device being paired with this keyboard to one with suitable compatibility.
Faulty Power Cable Connection
If the power cable connection is acting faulty, one must ensure that the cable is securely plugged into the monitor or try a different power outlet for the keyboard. If the problem persists, the user must replace the entire power cable.
