If your Marshall Uxbridge will not connect to phone audio using Bluetooth functions, follow this troubleshooting guide.
Marshall App Not Working
- While using the Bluetooth feature on the Marshall Uxbridge, the Marshall Voice app is not required. Ensure you are attempting to pair through the settings app on your device.
Alexa App Not Working
- The Alexa App is not required to connect to Bluetooth. If you want to set up Alexa on the Marshall Uxbridge, visit the Marshall Uxbridge cannot Connect to Alexa App Troubleshooting Page for this device.
Bluetooth Connection Not Working When Marshall Uxbridge is Powered
- Begin hitting the “Bluetooth” button on the back of the Marshall Uxbridge; a Bluetooth symbol is right above a small button. If the device has just been connected to a power source, it will automatically attempt to connect with Alexa. To deter this, press and hold the Bluetooth button twice and then it will be in “Bluetooth Mode.” You will see a small blue light above the button on the back of the device indicating this change in mode.
Bluetooth Not Working Even Though Attempted Other Steps
- If the Bluetooth is still not working with the Marshall Uxbridge, there may be something wrong with the Bluetooth function on your personal device. Make sure your device is up to date in software updates, and not an outdated device that is not compatible with recent software developments.
