Is your Logitech Zone Vibe 100 not charging after leaving them charged overnight, not charging completely to 100%, or only holding a charge for short periods? Use this troubleshooting guide to help diagnose why.
Battery is Dead
Sometimes when users are experiencing battery life issues with their headset, it may just dead. The first step is to check if the led light is on. If the led light is not on your headset is not charging. Next you will need to check the battery.
To open the right earphone:
1) remove the earpad by tugging along the rim to make the connection loose.
2) using a small Philllips head screwdriver, systematically remove the 4 connecting screws on the earphone, and gently pull off the plastic cover to reveal the internals
3) upon spotting the amber foiled battery, follow the wires connected to it to a white plastic port. remove the wire plug from the plastic port, and then remove the battery fully.
4) take the new replacement battery and plug it in to the white port. place fully into the right earphone in the spot where the old battery was.
5) put back on the plastic cover, and reattach the screws.
6) put back on the earpad by sliding the flaps back into the grooves around the earphone.
Cable Not CorrectlyP lugged in to USB
Often times when a user is having issues with their headset holding a charge, the cable is not fully in the USB port. If the cable seems loose, make sure to push the cord into the USB cord for it to fit snug.
Plug and/or Connector Aren't Clean
Sometimes the headset equipment is not clean which prevents it from charging. Try cleaning the plug with a slightly damp, lint free cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals when cleaning. Let the area dry and then plug the connector back into the headphones.

This is very useful. Is it possible to add what battery to use for the replacement? (Hopefully one from ifixit :-))

I agree with Peter Cliff, would be nice to order the battery before I open up the headset to replace it. Looks like an easy swap tho. Thanks for the guide!
