Headset on the Wrong Setting
Oftentimes the user does not know that there are two different headset modes, one for calls and one for listening.
Multiple Applications using Headset
To improve the audio quality follow these steps:
1) Quit any applications using the Logitech Zone Vibe 100 (games, music, videos)
2) If the headset is connected to a laptop you can check which application has access to the headset's microphone to see what mode it is on, switch the mode to see if this solves the issue.
3) Use the connected Logitune App to check the settings set for the headphones.
The LogiTune sidetone on Incorrect Setting
If the audio sounds distorted you may:
lower the sidetone in the LogiTune app slightly so people can hear you better without having to sacrifice the quality of the audio
Bluetooth Connection Disconnected
To restart your Bluetooth connection:
1) Turn airplane mode on for your device
2) Wait about 10 seconds
3) Turn airplane mode off for your device
4) Reconnect your Bluetooth connection
