Controller not responding
The keyboard continues to hesitate and react slowly when typing.
Turn Controller on
Check to make sure the controller is plugged into your computer, and into the gameport adapter if you are using one.
Update your controller’s Driver (Windows 10)
It’s possible that your controller’s driver could be out of date. Go to your Device Manager, and locate the Logitech Dexxa joystick. Click update driver, follow the instructions, and check if the problem continues.

Check the Base
If your controller is having trouble sticking to the surface, make sure the surface is a hard non-porous surface like glass, fiberglass, tile, or plastic. You may need to clean the suction cups at the bottom, so you should see the replace suction feet guide. After you have removed the feet, inspect them for damage. If undamaged, wash with dish soap and allow them to dry before reattaching.
Press the base down firmly for 30 seconds and leave for one hour before using.
Computer does not have DB15 port
Your computer does not have the appropriate 15-pin port.

Controller fails on newer systems
Controller does not show up on device manager, even after replacing gameport adapter.
Older gameport controllers were designed for the gameports on ISA sound adapters, which use 5V logic. Newer PCI adapters typically deliver only 3.3V to the gameport, which may be inadequate to drive the older controller. The only practical fix is to replace the controller.
