Little Tikes Tobi 2 Interactive Karaoke Machine Bluetooth Won’t Connect

If your batteries are almost out of power, you may need to replace them to restore full power to your device. This guide will show you how to replace the batteries and this may fix the Bluetooth problem as well.

At times, the initial process may be carried out in an improper way. Here is the list of the steps to connect through Bluetooth. Make sure to read them carefully and carry out the steps in a thorough manner in order to establish connectivity.

1. Press and hold the Tobi button.
2. The Bluetooth icon will appear on the screen.
3. Open the settings menu on your external device.
4. Select Bluetooth on your external device and make sure it is on.
5. Your external device will search for the karaoke machine.
6. Select the name “Tobi 2 Karaoke & Speaker” to connect your external device.

In this scenario, the Bluetooth symbol on your device is not highlighted in grey or blue. This indicates that the Bluetooth service on your device is completely off. In this case, head to your device's settings. Once there, look for the Bluetooth icon and select it. Then find the Bluetooth selection and switch your Bluetooth on. After doing this, please refer back to the instructions with the title "Bluetooth Connection Step Not Properly Carried Out" and complete the steps.

In the case that connectivity cannot be established, it may be a possibility that your external devices' Bluetooth feature may not be active. If the Bluetooth icon on your external device is highlighted in grey, it does not mean that it is active. It is dormant. For your Bluetooth feature to be active, it must be highlighted in a vibrant blue. In this case, drop down the menu on your device to expose the greyed Bluetooth symbol and simply touch on the symbol to turn on your Bluetooth. After doing this, please refer back to the instructions with the title "Bluetooth Connection Step Not Properly Carried Out" and complete the steps.

If you've tried the other fixes and it is still not connecting to Bluetooth, you may need to replace the circuit board. The Bluetooth module is soldered to the board.
