Clogged Hose/Nose

- First turn off and unplug the device. Inspect the hose for blockages and kinks, then detach it for easier access.
- Use a flexible brush or wire to dislodge debris, and rinse with warm water if necessary, ensuring it dries before reattaching.
- Check attachments for clogs and test the vacuum after reassembly.
- Regular maintenance, like cleaning filters, can help prevent future clogs.
If these steps don't work , try replacing the hose .
If you’re unsure which part to replace, contacting Levoit customer support for advice can be helpful.
Dirty Filters
Frequent cleaning sessions can cause the filter to fill up more quickly, especially in homes with pets or heavy foot traffic and hence the filters gets dirty .
- Ensure the vacuum is switched off and unplugged. Open the vacuum and carefully take out the filter.
- There are 2 types of filters washable and non washable.
- Non washable - Gently tap it to remove dirt or use a soft brush to clean it.
- Washable - Rinse it under lukewarm water until clean. Let it air dry completely for at least 24 hours.
- Check the filter for any tears or wear. Replace if it’s damaged.
- Once cleaned and dry, put the filter back in the vacuum.
If the filter is old or heavily damaged, consider replacing it with a new one.
