ThinkPad Pen Pro Not Working
The screen is not responding when trying to use the ThinkPad Pen
Pen Battery Low
Ensure the computer is turned on. Insert the pen into the pen slot and let it charge for about five minutes. If this does not work there could be a problem with the computer screen or you have a faulty ThinkPad Pen.

Faulty Battery
Make sure that the ThinkPad Yoga 370 battery is still inside the device. Hold the power button until the device is completely shut off. If available, use a Quick-Charger to charge the battery; if not, use the AC adapter to charge the device. If not fully charged within 24 hours, the battery pack needs to be replaced.

Speaker May Not Enabled
First, you want to go to the control panel and view the Hardware and Sound category. Under this category, click the device manager. Next, double click the Sound, video and game controllers section. Check if the device is enabled and configured, if not click the enable option.
Headphone Jack is Possibly Not Connected
First, check that the headphones are fully plugged in. If audio continues to not play the next step would be to go into the control panel and click the Hardware and Sound category. In this category, you will find the sub-category of Sound. Under that you will be able to manage audio devices. If the headphones icon is shown, set it as the default sound option. If the icon is missing, the device could be missing a driver and you should update it as explained below.
Driver Malfunction
If audio is not working or is distorted through the speakers, another possible solution is updating the driver. First, follow the instructions to the device manager explained in the first solution. Next, find the Sound, video and game controllers section and right click on the device name underneath the category. Uninstall the driver and restart the computer. Repeat the steps until you reach the device name under the category. This time update the driver software and click Search automatically for updated driver software. Restart the computer again.
USB Port is Not Working
The USB port is not reading devices.
USB ports May Need to be Enabled
First, go to control panel and search for the device manager. Once the list for the device manager appears, go to Universal Serial Bus controllers and click it to see a list of all the USB ports on the computer. Right click each port and enable each one.
Latest BIOS Code Needs to be Installed
Open the internet and go to support.lenovo.com. Type in the product name, serial number and machine type in the search box and match it in the drop down box. Be certain you select the exact information for your computer. On the homepage of the device, go to the Drivers & Software tab and click the drop down menu for operating systems to select your computer’s OS. Next, select the drop down menu Component to select BIOS/UEFI. Click the download icon for the latest update. Once the installation file saved to your computer, click it and run the file. The update will process then.

Turn your computer off and then on. When your device turns back on, try using your touchscreen.
Disable and Re-enable the Touchscreen Driver
With your device turned on press “ctrl + x” to open the Device Manager. Click on “Human Interface Devices” and in the drop down menu right-click “HID compliant touch screen.” Select the “Disable” option in the sub menu. If you are asked to confirm, click “Yes.” Right-click “HID compliant touch screen” again and then select the “Enable” option in the sub menu to re-enable the Touchscreen Driver.
Reseting your PC
You may need to reset your computer from other faulty files or configurations that could be preventing your touchscreen from working.
