Lenovo ThinkPad E14 Gen 2 Keyboard Non-responsive

When your keyboard does not operate the way it should or you have keys that are non-responsive. Follow these steps to get your ThinkPad E14 Gen 2 keyboard responsive.

To start your repair it's important to look over your device to see what may be causing your keyboard to be non-responsive.

Restart your device
Check for physical damage
Clean the keyboard by tilting and gently shaking it to remove debris.

Your driver includes all software to make your ThinkPad E14 Gen 2 run properly. If your device is not updated this may cause your keyboard to be unresponsive.

Open Device Manager by pressing your Windows key and x
Expand the keyboards selections
Right-click on your keyboard device
Select uninstall device
Restart your computer and Windows will automatically reinstall the driver.
