If your Lefant M210 robot vacuum is running but not picking up dirt, dust, or debris due to weak suction, use this troubleshooting guide to resolve the issue.
Dustbin is Full
When the dustbin has reached capacity or is reaching capacity, the vacuum cannot correctly pick up dirt or debris.
- Locate and remove the dustbin from the vacuum and empty it over the trash can by tapping multiple times until all debris is out.
- If you use water, ensure the bin is completely dry before putting it back into the vacuum.
# Regularly emptying the dustbin after each use helps maintain suction power.
The Filter Needs to be Cleaned
Lefant recommends cleaning the HEPA filter at least once a week.
- Remove the dust bin and take out the filters.
- Use the brush on the docking station or your own to remove any access debris inside the filter.
- If not cleaned thoroughly, you might need to replace filters completely. Follow this guide to replace the filters.
Battery Level is Low
If the vacuum's battery is low, it does not have enough power to perform suction at full.
- Make sure the vacuum is turned on.
- Place the charger against the wall and put a vacuum on charge until seeing the green light.
Airways are Blocked
If the airways are blocked, the vacuum will be unable to suck at full power.
- Turn off the vacuum
- Inspect suction port
- Use a small brush or tweezers to remove any buildup
Buildup in Brushes
Buildup in the brushes will limit the vacuum suction
- Turn off the vacuum
- Follow this guide to remove the brushes
- Clear debris and clean brush attachments
- If the buildup is too significant, you may need to use backup brushes.
- Reattach the brushes
