Leader Impression i10A-LE Troubleshooting

Devices having issues connecting bluetooth and pairing with devices.

Make sure Bluetooth is turned on. On the Leader Impression i10a-LE you can easily access your bluetooth by going to your settings or by pulling down the tab and tapping “bluetooth”. Once the bluetooth is on make sure the devices are within proximity of each other.

Device is having trouble running applications. Apps keep crashing while open.

Try to delete some internal memory in the device to make it easier for the app to run more efficiently.The more internal space the app has to run the less issues the app will have when in use.

Users are unable to get unlocked the table.

Users forget their passwords for the tablet. See if the tablet was synced to an email address that might have information about creating a new information or retrieving the user’s old password.

If a user is unable to retrieve or remember their password to their tablet, then they are locked out of their tablet. A solution to this problem would be to factory reset your impression tablet.

It is possible that your tablet doesn’t have a memory card. The users tablet is likely not remember or registering passwords that are being used. Whether the passwords are for the tablet itself, or for different apps that need a password, a memory card might be a solution to your problem.

No audio is coming from the device when playing videos, music, etc.

Try to reboot the device. Most of the time the audio hardware gets stressed if the tablet is left on for too long.

If a reboot does not work then a factory reset might be beneficial. The problem might be deep in your device’s hardware and by bringing it back to the factory settings could solve the problem.

The tablet will not turn on when pressing the power button

Make sure that the first thing to do about your dead tablet, is to charge it. The tablet has a good and long battery life, making users often forget to charge the tablet when it is near a low battery

Some chargers don’t work, they might be broken or the wires in them don’t charge devices anymore. Make sure your charger for your tablet is actually charging it. If you want to test this out, use another charger cord around the home, plug it into the tablet, and see if the charging began. If it has, then your charger isn’t working anymore.

Take the back off the tablet and check for the two massive batteries. Take out these batteries and wait for a minute or two. Then put the batteries back into the tablet, make sure they are charged, then hit the power button (hold it a few seconds) and see if the tablet comes on.
