Device will not turn on
You press the power button, yet nothing happens.
Low battery
The battery level may be too low for the device to power on. Try charging the device.
Charger is broken
Sometimes the cord becomes bent, which causes wires to break. Leaving the charger plugged in when not charging the device can also cause damage to the charger. Try using a different charger that is compatible with the device.
Battery is dead
If the device does not turn on after charging, the battery may be completely dead. When a battery is completely discharged, it oftentimes cannot be recharged. In this case, the battery is dead and may need to be replaced.

Cracked screen
Cracked screens look like lines in the shape of a spider web. These lines often look asymmetrical and are still apparent when the device is turned off. In this case, the screen will need to be replaced.
