Wheel Sticking
One, or more, of the wheels will not spin.
Loose Lug Nut
Check to make sure that the lug nut attaching the wheel to the RC car is not loose. If it is loose, you must tighten the lug nut. However, make sure not to make it too tight, otherwise it could prevent the wheel from moving entirely.
Object Obstructing the Wheel
Often, objects may get wedged or stuck in between the wheels. To check and see if this is the case, turn the car over and examine the wheels to make sure nothing is caught between them. If there is something caught between the wheels and you are unable to remove it, please refer to the wheel replacement guide here.
Motor Not Running
The motor in the Batmobile will not start or stops running during use.
Dead/Malfunctioning Battery
Ensure that the battery is fully charged. If the battery is not charged, the motor will not receive power and thus will not start or function. To charge the battery, remove the battery by pushing down the connection clip attached to the wires and pull apart. Make sure to charge the battery for at least 30 minutes. Then, reattach the battery and check to make sure this resolves the issue. If it does not, please continue reading.
Motor Circuit Short
In some cases, the electric motor may short out. A short is caused by too much power or heat going into the motor. If the motor shorts out, it must be replaced. To learn how to replace the motor, take a look at the guide here.
Steering Failing
The steering function is no longer working.
Battery Issue
If you hear the servo whirring as if it’s trying to move but isn’t working, there may be an issue with the battery. If the battery is very low, the car may not have enough power to turn the steering servo. Try charging the battery. If charging the battery does not help there may be another issue.
Faulty Servo
If the servo is not making noise at all and is not turning, it may be faulty or damaged. Remove the steering servo and replace it following this guide.
Servo Horn off Center
If the servo horn is off center the car will have trouble turning. This can be readjusted by removing the servo horn completely and then reattaching it. You can follow the guide above to see how to correctly reattach the servo horn.
Headlights Malfunctioning
The headlights will not function.
Battery Issue
Since the headlights are powered from the battery, this is easily fixed by checking that the battery is fully powered. Please refer to the Dead/Malfunctioning Battery section under Motor Not Running to check that your battery is properly powered and connected correctly before continuing. If the headlights appear to still not work, then change the LED bulb itself.
Warning: Replacing the LED bulbs will require some soldering knowledge.
Camera Malfunctioning
The POV camera with HUD/heads up display, located in the cockpit of the Batmobile will not operate.
Warning: This issue is not easily fixed. Fortunately, this issue is fairly uncommon.
Lens
Make sure there is a lens on the HUD/ Heads up display camera. If it is cracked or non-existent, this could be a major malfunctioning error; however, easily replaceable. More info provided on how to properly reinstall a lens to come.
Camera Circuit Withholding Power
There is a power source connected to the back side of the camera, on the top, left, interior of the cockpit. Unfortunately, some of the wires connecting the camera to its power source may have succumbed to water damage or overuse. If you are unable to connect your smartphone to the camera, or the display is distorted, this might be what is causing the technical difficulties. Although this problem is not common, this is always a risk with manufactured electronics.
Electronic Issue
In some limited cases, the camera may malfunction due to electronics. If Mattel provided a computer chip, this issue could be resolved with some complicated soldering, but a successful job in completing this task would require extensive knowledge of soldering small computer components.
Broken Lens
Make sure there is a lens on the HUD/ Heads up display camera. If it is cracked or non-existent this could be a major malfunctioning error. Unfortunately, the plastic lens on the POV camera is not easily replaced. A broken lens is almost always unfixable. Luckily, because of the placement of the lens, this will be a fairly uncommon problem. However, because this problem is difficult to repair, a repair guide for this problem is not provided. This should only become an issue with the hardest of outdoor crashes due to the hydraulic system, which should act as a deterrent to a broken lens.

None of what was written above is helpful, I purchased the Batmobile brand new. Had trouble connecting to the wifi, and the camera won't turn on automatically like it's supposed to.

Camera not working. All else is except no transmission just a grey screen. I have a feeling it related to software not updated for new iOS.
Anyone else resolve there camera issues?
