Doing this will allow the turntable to spin again.
Stylus is broken
The stylus reads grooves in a vinyl record, and by doing so converts vibrations into electrical signals which can be converted into sound. If the stylus is broken, the record will not be played. Faulty Wire
If there is a loose wire, the device needs to be taken apart. Attempt to re-position the wire so the connection is good again. If it is just loose, re-positioning it should fix the issue. If this doesn't work, the wire is faulty. The wire will need to be removed and replaced with a new wire so the connection will allow a function device.
Knobs are broken/stuck/missing
If the knobs are broken/stuck/missing then they need to be replaced. Dissemblance and replacing the broken/missing knobs will fix the issue.

It will play one side of the record without issue but when I flip the record, after a few songs, it starts to slow down, then speed back up then slow, then speed back up etc. Doesn’t matter which record I play, it did the same thing to all the records

I can hear 33 record playing from the surface, and a little sound gets to the speaker at max volume. CD and AM/FM work perfectly.
