Audio often fails
You try to play music out loud on your device, but the sounds are either distorted or not heard.
Low or muted volume level
If there is distorted sound or no sound, you should go to the settings then to sound and make sure your device is not muted. You could also turn the volume up by pressing the buttons on the side of the tablet. Lastly, make sure the volume is up on the app that you are using. If these two things do not work, the last resort is to reset the device, power it back on, and check the sound.

To reset your device, turn it off for several minutes and then turn it back on. Next proceed to your settings. Find the backup and reset tab. Proceed to factory data reset and click reset device.
