Weak Suction

The vacuum has little suction while in use.

Faulty Brush

Check if there is any clog in the brush, and clean it with the cleaning tool.

Detach all the attachments, connect the motorized brush directly to the vacuum motor, and test whether the machine works properly. If it works well without the metal tube, it might be a problem with the tube, otherwise, it might be a problem with the brush.

Clogged Hose Connections

Check if there is any clog in the hose, and remove any debris or obstructions.

Device Is Overheating

The vacuum overheats while in use.

Old Filter

A clogged filter can cause overheating issues. Cleaning the filter could resolve this.

Brush Is Clogged

If the brush is clogged, remove any debris. Make sure it's properly attached to the vacuum.

Device Won't Pick Up Debris

The vacuum no longer picks up debris.

Old Filter

Blockages in the device could be due to the filter being old. Getting a cheap replacement HEPA filter could resolve this. Check out the Filter Replacement Guide[Placeholder Link].

A HEPA filter typically lasts 2-3 years and should be replaced consistently.

Full Dust Box

If the dust box is full the vacuum won’t be able to pick up any more debris. Open the dust box and dispose of the contents.

Strange Noise Coming From The Vacuum

Vacuum makes a high-pitched whistling sound while in use.

Failed Motor

Strange noises coming from the vacuum could be due to a malfunctioning motor. Replacing the motor should resolve the issue. Check out the Motor Replacement Guide[Placeholder Link].

Blocked Tube

If the tube is clogged with debris, the vacuum can make a strange noise and will not function properly. Clearing the tube of any debris will resolve this.

Device Won’t Turn On

The vacuum stopped working.

Clogging

Check if there is any clog in the motor, the tube, or the brush.

Check if the filters need cleaning or replacing.

Detach all attachments

Detach all the attachments, use only the vacuum motor, and test if it can work properly. Connect the brush directly to the vacuum motor, and test if the machine can work properly. (This step is to check if it is the metal tube's problem.)

Short-term Battery Life

The vacuum shuts off suddenly in a few minutes.

Overheating

Ensure the vacuum is turned off, and disconnect all accessories.

Try to identify the source of the overheating by checking for blockages in the tube, cleaner head, or other accessories. Empty the dust cup and clean the filter.

Low Battery

Make sure to use the matched adapter to charge the battery, or the battery performance will decline.

It takes about 4-5 hours for the battery to be fully charged. When the battery is fully charged, the three indicator lights will be on and stop flashing.

Normally the battery can work for about 20-45 minutes on standard speed and 10-20 minutes on high speed, and its working varies on different cleaning tasks.

If you need to replace the battery, check out our Battery Replacement Guide[Placeholder Link].
