When you plug your Hover-1 All Star into the charger, is it not charging? Use this troubleshooting guide to help diagnose why.
The Charging Port is Damaged
To conclude that you have a damaged charging port plug it in and see if the green charging light fails to turn on. Also, if the charger does not plug into the port then you may have a blocked or jammed charging port. See guide for charging port replacement (future guide).
The Charger is Damaged
You can check if your charger is damaged by plugging it into a working outlet, if it is working normally then a light on the charger will turn green. If the light does not turn green, the charger could be damaged and require replacing.
Battery is Damaged
To figure out if your battery is broken, you can check by pressing the power button and if it is still responsive but the hoverboard does not turn on or if you try to charge the hoverboard and it does not turn on and the light on the charger remains green then you may have a damaged battery.
