When you step on to your Hover-1 All Star, steps, is it not giving the beeping signal that the device senses you? Use this troubleshooting guide to help diagnose why.
The Battery is Low
The device's battery might be low on charge. Address the issue by charging the hoverboard. If the hoverboard is not charging, indicated by the green light, refer to the trouble shoring guide above for charging problems.
The Hover Board Needs to Be Calibrated
Make sure the hover is charged and if it is not sensing when you step on, it will most likely need to be recalibrated. To recalibrate it, you need to turn off the hoverboard then press and hold the power button for at least 5 seconds or until the lights start to flash and you hear “calibration successful.”
The Sensor Assembly is Not Working
If the hoverboard is on, and is not responding to your movement or putting weight on it, then there is most likely a problem with the sensor assembly of it. You will need to replace the sensor assembly.
