If the device is not plugged in or charged, plug the device in and check to see if the power lights come on. Check the outlets, circuits, and fuses. If the battery is still not charging and the power light turns on, the batter will need to be replaced.

The humidifier could be producing loud noises due to it being placed on an uneven surface. Try moving the humidifier to a table or any other flat surface.

Humidifier leaks water when water is placed inside the tank
Faulty Tank Cover
Make sure the cap is screwed on tightly to prevent any water from potentially escaping. If the humidifier is leaking water from the bottom, you will need to replace the piece or cover the crack where the water is leaking from.
